Price cap
We appreciate it can be a worry when booking a technician and not knowing how long the job will take or how much it will cost, particularly if you've got an older PC or laptop and are not keen to invest too much money in its upkeep.
This is why we'll agree a price cap with you. An amount you're happy to pay based on how long we think the job will take. Remember, this is a maximum amount, so if we take less time, you'll pay less.
